Explosion-Proof Motors
Applications:
Designed for use in Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations such
as dry-cleaning and dyeing plants, paint and varnish factories, alcohol and acetone plants, gasoline refineries,
flour and feed mills, grain elevators, starch, sugar, coke or coal plants; any location that requires motors meet
the National Electrical Code and to be U/L listed for hazardous locations.
Designed for general use, these motors feature ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection in both split
phase and capacitor start designs in rigid base. All models are reversible. Motors have no conduit box.
